Shipping & Returns Policy

We are doing our part in keeping our warehouse as clean as possible, in accordance with the CDC guidelines. We are also making sure our employees follow CDC protocol by wearing gloves and masks at all times and keeping work areas at least 6 feet apart.  

SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIME:

We process and ship orders from Monday through Friday. Orders are usually fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise noted. You will be charged the moment you place your order and we will email you your tracking information once it is shipped.

SHIPPING & HANDLING:

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50 via USPS Mail (United States Postal Service). We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $6.95 on any orders under $50. You will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date once your order ships.

Returns:

We only offer store credit and we do not refund to your original payment method.

We strive to provide with you with the best quality fashion jewelry, but if for some reason you receive any damaged or defective item(s) please email us at info@celestila.com.

If for some reason you do not love your jewelry, you have up to 14 days from the date your order is delivered (date is according to online tracking number) to return your item(s) for store credit. Your store credit will never expire.

If you decide to return your order, we are NOT responsible for the initial return shipping fees.

Please include a Packing Slip in your authorized return package.
